Makeup for Different Skin Types - Collab with Adina and Camaleena

Hey Guys. Missed me? It's been all of two days. Can you believe it? yeah me either. If it's one thing i learnt over the past week, its that the most beautiful thing one can wear is a smile. I want to say Thank you to my darling friends Adina from Let's Talk about books and Camaleena from Y.A Travels they're both so awesome i had so much fun working with them over the past week for our blogs. I have laughed so much over the week, more than i've done in the year. Thanks Girls.

Another thing i've learnt while working with these two is that makeup application and colours are different for each skin tone.  They are both polar opposites when it comes to makeup and skin care.
Shoutout to Camz who takes care of her skin and follows my Skin care routine, her skin is really soft and smooth and easy to work with. Because she has warm undertones, a foundation with a yellow undertone worked best on her skin. What i found worked best on her were colours closest to her skin tone (nudes, gold, plums)As it naturally highlights her face. Warm tones usually complements "warmer" lipsticks like corals and peachy colours.

Adina, on the other hand, has very cool tones. I found that pops of colour on the eye usually enhances cool toned skin. (That is until she blinked and messed up her eyeliner) The best application is to keep it soft and within the same colour palettes. Heavily lined eyes and a bold plum lip usually does the trick. Pinks, Reds and oranges usually make cool skin come alive. Adina, because she is also fairer, her skin looks best in light cool colours.

Most persons in Trinidad, usually have cool, or warm undertones, feel free to experiment with different colour palettes and let me know how it goes.
PS. I also did a collab with Adina on her channel so feel free to check it out Here and see the bloopers below.

Hope you enjoyed
xoxo
