Now, i know i said 5 items, but this month somehow i got four items and when i checked, i was supposed to receive an eyeliner. I already contacted ipsy and they should be sending a replacement but in the meanwhile, let me review the stuff i did get.
Before i continue, I would like to add, that because i live in Trinidad and Ipsy does NOT ship directly, i have it sent to my Skybox, i usually receive by the last week of the month, which isnt too bad.
With all the anticipation for Haloween, Ipsy's theme this month was "Black Magic"
let's take a look.
- MeMeMe Blush Brush - I love brushes. I won't mind if i only receive makeup brushes. I have not tried this out just yet but i already love it. It's super soft and reviews are amazing. I'd be sure to let you know when i check it out
- The Balm Cosmetics Cabana Boy Shadow/blush - Ok. Let me just say I love The Balm cosmetics. Like, who doesn't, right? Their shadows/blushes give me life. ANDDDD i really love this colour. Nothing spooky about that. It's a really pigmented pinkish/ nude that will work amazing as either a shadow or blush. Absolutely loving it.
- Promise Organic facial lotion - Lol. What? It's the first time i'm hearing about this brand or testing it. Heads up, if you have oily skin, this may not be the lotion for you. totally regretted it after applying. YIKES!
- TreStique Mini matte lip crayon- Totally adorable. i mean the packaging is really cute, it looks like a mini crayon, like their highlighters. I've only ever gotten a chance to try this brand through ipsy and i'm starting to love it. This shade is called Belize Bordeux and i love it.
