Tricks to lengthen eyelashes

Two posts in one day. WOW. Gotta love you guys. So i've been reading up on some tips and tricks to lengthen eyelashes and i was really excited to give it a shot so why not now right? I love having full eyelashes but i hate wearing false lashes. It's got a lot to do with my clumsiness. I think. Anyway, let me just give you guys a head's up. i own 4 mascaras. YES. Only 4. i think once you find an amazing product, stick with it. So far, i'm very pleased with the mascaras i own, but these tips and tricks i tried has seriously got me in love with my lashes even more. 

Without further ado, let me share with you my findings. 

            

    1. Warm Mascara - So i put my mascara in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. I used my Covergirl mascara for this experiment. not too bad

2. I heard that if you put powder on your lashes before mascara,it increases the volume, for a first try its Ok. probably won't try again but its OK. i used my Smashbox X rated mascara for this trick 

3. Not happening again. Cotton + mascara + clumsy me = Fail but it did give my lashes a nice plump. for this i used my Covergirl again. 

4. layered lashes -  i layered on 3 coats of Urban Decay's perversion for this trick and i am impressed. PS - warm water made the mascara less clumpy and easy to apply

5. Tightline - the first thing i did was line my upper lash line with a pencil liner and then added a coat of Tarte Tartiest mascara. This is a trick i've tried before but i think maybe one more coat will do the trick

6. Last but not least, and my favourite of all. I added 2 drops of eye drops to my Tarte Mascara and with one coat, i love the length and darkness of my lashes.
